Qualification for Summer National Championships Affiliation no 010/SUM/6231

1st 2nd and 3rd placed horses/ponies in all Summer National Championships will qualify for the 2010

P(UK) Summer National Championships.

Results must be submitted to the Ponies (UK) office within 14 days of the qualifying show with the exception of

shows being held between 1st July and 31st July; these shows need to submit their results within 48 hours after

the qualifying event.

Qualification cards will not be presented in the ring.

Competitors in qualifying positions, who are not current members of P(UK) are allowed 14 days in which to

become members and register their horses/ponies in order for the qualification to remain valid. The exception

being any competitor qualifying at a show between 1st July and 31st July their membership must be submitted

within 48 hours after the qualifying event in order for the qualification to remain valid.

** This show is a qualifier for the N.C.P.A. Pony of the Year Show and the Part Bred Welsh Ridden Championships to be held in conjunction with the Pony of the Year Show at Warren Farm Equestrian Centre, Formby L37 0AN in September 2010.  First and second prize winners in appropriate classes will qualify and highest not qualified in the first six for Part Bred Welsh in appropriate classes.**

     Abram Hall Riding Club Rules

 

The Organisers will not hold themselves responsible for any accidents, loss or damage

to competitors, spectators, animals, vehicles or property for any reason whatsoever.

 Any competitor wishing to make a complaint must do so in writing on the day accompanied by a £20.00 administration fee. The complaint will then be brought before the organisers before the next show. If the complaint is accepted the £20.00 will be refunded and the issue resolved. However, entry fees will not be refunded under any circumstance.

 Excessive use of whips is forbidden. Whips must be of regulation length.

 Competitors must be correctly dressed and riding hats must be worn at all times when mounted.

 Galloping is forbidden on the premises.

 The decision of the judge in all classes on the day is final.

 Please observe the spectators only areas.

 Any rider, spectator or handler thought to be excessively or unnecessarily abusing judges, stewards, organisers of events or other competitors will be escorted off the premises and may be banned from future events.

 Cruelty or mistreatment of animals will not be tolerated; this includes leaving dogs in cars on a hot day.

 All dogs must be on leads at all times.

 Children must be supervised by an adult and not allowed to play around farm machinery or climb trees etc.

 In the event of a clash, it is the competitor’s responsibility to decide the class in which to compete. Entry fees will NOT be refunded.

 Stallions will only be permitted if well behaved and with an adult handler. The judge has the right to disqualify unruly animals.

 The organisers and Judges reserve the right to refuse entry in the event of unsoundness such as lameness, coughing, etc.....

 All Judges are selected by the organisers for their experience and professionalism,

The decisions they make should therefore be respected.

 No horse or Pony under 4yrs of age may be ridden on the showground.

 Please put your litter in the bins provided!

 We ask you kindly not to muck your horseboxes out onto the parking areas and to clear up any rubbish/ droppings from around your horsebox/trailer.
